Overview:
The Sales Manager will be expected to drive sales growth and realization of sales targets in the organization. The job involves creating good rapport with clients and ensuring maximum property sales. This is a job that ensures experience in the real estate industry and skills in public speaking as well as leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Management of Sales Team :
A. Individual and team sales targets will be set, and progress will be monitored.
B. Individual support and counseling will be offered to individual members of the team on improving performance in sales.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution :
A. Develop and execute an appropriate sales strategy to meet the goals of the company.
B. Study current markets and needs of the customers, for promotion of focused sales campaigns.
C. Identifying new business opportunities as well as plans for client portfolio expansion.
3. Client Relationship Management:
A. Client, Developers relationship development and maintenance.
B. Management of client meetings, Property presentations, and negotiating
C. Answer all the concerns that have been raised by the clients to get the highest level of customer satisfaction.
4. Market Research & Analysis:
A. Up-to-date market trends, competitors, and prices on the properties.
B. Market insights, sales performance, and forecast to be presented to senior management regularly.
5. Sales Reports:
A. Keep management abreast of the sales performance with regular sales reports and track the KPIs.
B. Sales data analysis to ascertain the changes needed for a better performance.
6. Regulations & Compliance:
A. Always adhere to all the legal needs and industry standards.
B. Always update yourself on laws relating to real estate, property management regulation, and transactional procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
1) Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or any other related field.
2) Strong experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate sector.
3) Strong leadership and team management skills
4) Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
5) Strong negotiation and closing skills
6) Knowledge of current markets, trends, and any relevant local regulations
7) Knowledge of CRM software and associated sales management tools
8) Ability to function within fast-paced and goal-driven situations.
